Vint.ee summer days 2009

The place to hold the Summer Days could be Udu farm in Jõgeva County, Palamuse parish. I've been there, it's a really nice place www.udutalu.ee
Yes, it seems reasonable. Now the next question arises - the price. It would be better if some Vint user was involved with the venue (would they get a discount or something?). Since Vint.ee is a user-supported project, we do not have the means to cover the costs associated with the summer days ourselves - all costs would have to be paid by the participants of the summer days (we collect some money when registering, for example). However, if we look at the current economic situation, I am not sure whether people would be willing to pay, for example, 500 EEK for one night and a couple of meals? This 500 EEK would be calculated for 30 people - for 15,000 EEK you could rent a house, feed these 30 people and accommodate them at night. What do you think?
good idea for a snack. I will definitely come when work allows. I would have 4 pax
It turned out that the end of July is still closed there. So it would be possible to do the last weekend of August. What do people think?
posted by Meikop Hello, I propose the following: Summer Days will take place on 25-26.07 in Lohusuus (18 kilometers northeast of Mustvee along the Peipsi coastline). The accommodation costs 60EEK/person. You have to bring your own food and linen. On Saturday afternoon, we will organize official EMV reverse checkers (in the delivery), in the evening we will grill and have a sauna, the next day (Sunday) we will play games that someone has brought with them (Reversi, Pente, Nails) etc. There is a separate participation fee for participating in the delivery championship (100 EEK?), which will go to support Vint.ee. I will create a separate forum topic for user registration.
Lohusuus. Where is this overnight stay for 60 EEG? So what kind of place is it and if food is not provided, can you still find a shop nearby?
It turned out that the place (which consists of two houses) is closed in July. We thought we would postpone it to the last weekend in August. And there probably isn't much of a store nearby - you have to bring food with you.
If you have to bring your own sheets, can you get a blanket and pillow from there? Where exactly is that place? I know Lohusuu quite well and there is a shop there. But if that's not enough, you can drive to Mustvee, a new Konsium opened there a year ago...
If Karepa camp is until August 25th and Vinti summer days are on the last day of August, do they overlap in time?
I assume that Marten meant the weekend of August 29-30, so there shouldn't be an overlap then.
If you come from Mustvee, you should drive through Lohusuu (along Tartu Highway) and after a kilometer / couple of kilometers you will come to the Lagedi bus stop. From there you have to turn right to Peipsi beach. I will go there in early July (there should be a (literal) checkers camp there at that time and a checkers competition will be held) and check out the place.
