Burak Demirsoy won the first X-Othello tournament series!

In June, the first X-Othello tournament series, called WOF X-Othello Summer Challenge 2025, took place on the vint.ee.

Up to three X-othello tournaments took place each day, and the results of the top 20 tournaments were added together.
During the month, 64 players from 23 countries participated in the competition, and the prize pool amounted to 744 credits !

The winner was Burak Nedret Demirsoy from Turkey , who participated in 54 tournaments, won 17 of them and collected 250 points !
Second place went to Olli Makkonen from Finland , who scored 238 points , and third place went to David Hand from Great Britain , who scored 228 points .

The Othello tournament series is now going on a summer break, to return in September when we will organize the tournament series again in the traditional Othello!
