"Hide user text" option in chat room

Since it has become a problem lately that some players (I'm not free from blame either) "spam" forum links into the chat room, or simply "talk too much", there should be a way to click on the person's name in the chat and choose to "Ignore". And after that, you wouldn't see the user's texts in any window. Maybe it should also work in such a way that if a user invites you to play, you automatically respond negatively to the invitation.

There has been talk of a similar thing before - a blacklist. Anyone can add other users to it. The original goal was that users on the blacklist would not be able to invite you to a game, but this could be extended to chat as well.
