Two mulks together

Two mules' cars meet on a narrow bridge. Neither wants to back up and pass the other, so as not to waste fuel. One mule starts solving the Crossword Puzzle, hoping that the other will give in and drive the car off the bridge. The other mule comes out, sits on the hood and says: "When you've done everything, give me the magazine too: I'll check if you've solved everything correctly."
