Mental Sports Olympiad 2023/2024 - Crossword Results

Hello,

This year, 316 students from 49 schools solved crossword puzzles as part of the competition. A total of 3,800 crosswords were solved as part of the Mental Sports Olympiad!

Primary school results
At the elementary school level, 127 students solved crossword puzzles.
Rannar Mälk from Tallinn Secondary School remained undefeated (four tournament wins out of four). Holger Jakob Kundla, also from Tallinn Secondary School, took second place with 285 points, and Kaspar Kuusesaar from Nõo Basic School came in third, with 275 points.

Among the schools, Tallinn Science School was the best.

Elementary school results
151 students solved crossword puzzles in elementary school.
Once again, Mikk Kaarel Õim from Tartu Kesklinna School remained undefeated, winning 3 out of 3 tournaments. Second and third place went to Tallinn Science School: Second place was won by Elsbet Steinberg with 285 points, and third place was won by Kaspar Teede with 280 points.

Among the schools, the best was Tallinn Old Town Educational College .

High school results
At the high school level, 38 students solved crossword puzzles.
Oskar Treffner from Tallinn School of Science won with three tournament wins and 300 points.
Illimar Kirss from Saaremaa Gymnasium took second place with 290 points, and Tristan Jaan Ruhno from Tallinn Old Town Educational College came in third, with 279 points.

Among the schools, Saaremaa Gymnasium was the best.
