For the umpteenth time, the program does not record the opponent's time overrun, and from that moment on, the playing partners are no longer on equal terms. Most chess players do not act accordingly and do not admit their time underrun. Golf etiquette prescribes (in addition to the golf rules!) respect for playing partners and a benevolent attitude, also eliminating foreign ball marks, repairing grass filleting, etc., violation of which will result in a negative attitude from clubmates. However, the mentality of chess players is generally to get their points without choosing any means (offering a draw 10 times in a 2-minute game and calmly waiting for a program error when the opponent's time drops), which certainly does not create a positive image for this field. If people in Estonia wonder why chess does not receive special respect, then every chess player could also do their part and behave accordingly. Or how???

Do you think that the fact that some individuals behave like this is the reason why chess is so unpopular? :))
