Recently, one of my opponents in gomoku first offered a draw when I had an open four on the board and then refused to move for several minutes before I got angry with him. I've mostly been able to explain the principles of polite behavior to my own students, but I see them annoying others with draw offers or other things from time to time. I have to explain it again and again.

In general, you can offer a draw after each move in real life... And there's nothing wrong with this delay. It's hard to determine whether the user is delaying on purpose or thinking longer. In short - you don't have to play another game with rude users :)

According to the rules in "real" games, after your opponent refuses a draw offer, you cannot make a new offer until your opponent has made one in the meantime. Or am I wrong?
