Hello, According to the results of the Gallup, we are organizing a board game multi-competition (better called "mind sports") tournament series in February. I currently propose: Since February has 28 days, we will choose 7 games and each game will have 4 tournaments during the month. The games could be: 1) Pente 2) Äraandmine 3) Trom tuld 4) Othello 5) Entropia 6) Lines of Action 7) Stack 4D All games would have a time control of 5+2, and there would be 7 rounds. Moreover, since we do not know how many users will show up for each tournament, all 7 rounds would always be played (even if only 2 players show up for the tournament). This way, it is always possible to earn 14 points from each tournament. The coefficient would be Median-buhholz. And as has become a tradition - the tournaments would have no rating changes. All users are welcome to the tournament series - even those who have never tried these games - it's a good opportunity to get acquainted with different games. What do you think?

There are 29 days in February this year...

Well, I'll make a general solution and count 28 days. Then the total will still include 20 tournaments, so you don't have to play two games :)

You could still take the so-called. mental sports, or 5 areas, for which otherwise such a record would be kept here if they cannot be played in one tournament. Whether now in February, that's a matter of course. This should still be thought through in the future, whether it makes sense to do series like this, to play one type of game for 30 days in a row. Ok, it's a start and in terms of equality of areas, it should be done in "one full circle", but in that perspective, the times and areas could still be rotated - even the users here don't have such a bad memory to find their own areas and game times!

What are you complaining about? I didn't participate in the December and January tournaments and I won't participate in the February ones either. A free man does what he wants. Is your wife forcing you to play? Get a certificate of incapacity from a doctor.

There is no sense in any of the posts published by Metsa in any forum, just pure destructiveness! Why spout such filth when we are still talking about the thinking and development that is happening here. Is it really the Latvian vodka that makes no smart thoughts, other than ridiculing a serious topic, ever come to mind!!??

Of these seven, I played the liquid one a long time ago, but I've heard of the others, but I don't know how to play them at all.

Then it's a good opportunity to get to know these games!

Were these games streamed and recorded on vint.ee videos? I would like to watch them, knowing I missed the event.

Wow, these games are interesting. I wish I had known about them earlier and could have joined. I think I was involved in playing video poker around this time last year . That was fun too, but how could I have joined such a fun event like these. If you plan to organize something like this again, I hope you post in the thread and I hope I see it too. Hopefully I'm not too late to see it and join your tournament. That's cool.
