Things didn't go well with Novosyolov...:)

As you can see, every competition class (different weapons regardless of gender) has offered a lot of surprises, the favorites often dropped out very early. It's a shame, but we have to admit that everyone who could put pressure on our man. Nerves play a big role in fencing and it can decide a lot. But a big part of the Olympics is still ahead, good luck to the guys :D

Oh no! This is bad news :( Unfortunately, I didn't see the epee fencing competition at all, as the BBC channels don't show it (I might have seen it on the BBC website). Needless to say, my prediction in both formats was wrong, but that's not as important as Novosjolov's disappointment... Since Rauing hasn't responded, I assume that the different answers to my two predictions are okay.
