Round 6 is definitely worth taking part in even for those who haven't done much logic before. The tasks are quite classic and should be familiar to everyone. In many cases, of course, 2 task types are combined.

The start of the competition was postponed until Sunday. So it should be resolved by tomorrow.
The Logic GP found its final solution on Friday, October 4, 2019. All 10 best solvers from the preliminary rounds also participated in the final. Among the 10 solvers, 5 were Japanese, 2 were American and 3 were from Europe (Germany, Serbia, Netherlands). The competition format was similar to sudoku, but it was decided to make it significantly shorter, as the sudoku GP final turned out to be extremely long and tiring for everyone. In principle, the number of consolation rounds was significantly reduced. The winner of the competition was Ken Endo from Japan, who managed to defeat all his opponents. In one match, he was only slightly over 1 second ahead of his opponent. Kota Morinishi from Japan came in second and Hideaki Jo from Japan came in third. The Japanese also took 4th and 5th place. The remaining places were divided among the rest. 20 Estonians participated in the GP from Estonia this year. The results are as follows: 16. Tiit Vunk (8 - number of rounds participated / 8 - total rounds) 115. Jaan Laks (8/8) 139. Marek Oja (8/8) 140. Kristi Lehto (8/8) 152. Joonas Jürgen Kisel (5/8) 203. Allar Padari (7/8) 213. Ethel Maasing (7/8) 250. Margit Scheler (4/8) 328. Kristel Arnik (6/8) 332. Kaja Sõstra (7/8) 336. Anna Poots (5/8) 357. Virgi Puusepp (8/8) 364. Elin Mandel (6/8) 388. Erik Amor (4/8) 505. Riho Klement (2/8) 515. Kaari Helstein (3/8) 528. Mirgit Silla (5/8) 569. Kristina Mumm (2/8) 594. Olga Kislitsina (1/8) 652. Klaarika Prii (1/8) There were 656 participants in total. The best 6 rounds were counted. So those who have participated fewer times, the results they received definitely do not show what they are capable of. Hopefully next year everyone will participate in at least 6 to 8 rounds.
