Tere,

Vaadates ühe toimunud ja käimasoleva kabe turniirisarja populaarsust, siis on selge, et neid võiks olla rohkem kui 2x aastas. Formaati võiks ka ehk lihvida.

Formaat
30 päeva järjest iga õhtu on päris intensiivne, nõus.
Pakuks välja: Pühapäeva õhtust neljapäeva õhtuni (5 päeva) ja 6 nädalat järjest.

Millised kabeliigid
Vene kabe ja rahvusvaheline kabe vajavad eraldi turniirisarja, selles pole küsimust.
Aga ülejäänud 3 kabeliiki on ka toredad.
Üks mõte on teha segasari - samuti pühapäevast neljapäevani (5 päeva = 5 kabeliiki) ja 6 nädalat järjest. Teeks selle segasarja juba aprillist?

Teine võimalus on, et kõigis viies liigis toimuvad turniirisarjad. Mul on natuke kahtlusi, kas eraldi inglise kabe turniirisari osalejad kohale meelitab.
Pöördkabes ma niipalju ei kahtle - selles proovime turniirisarja see aasta ära teha.

Reitingumuutusest

Six weeks is suddenly a lot. By the way, at the beginning of the month I heard the opinion that the currently considered 20 tournaments per month may suddenly be too much. But different game types may suddenly bring more people interested in these less popular types. If you don't try, you won't know.

I also think that it would be enough if 15 tournaments were taken into account. With such a volume, it would be completely enough to not play every night with the family and also give your brain a break. I also think that all tournaments should have a rating change. This is clearly shown by the 100 tournament, where many players in the initial rating are Latvian masters or even grandmasters. However, as for the opinion that the stronger ones do not play, I would like to doubt that. Is Vint's rating more important than good level games?

In checkers and chess, there could really be 3 different series in total during the year: 1. Standard checkers blitz and certainly a longer version (10 2 or 15 0) 2. The same in Russian checkers and 100-square. 3. Multiple or mixed competition series in chess and checkers. Tournament series with a longer time control once a month and the best 9 out of 12 count! So what if there are fewer participants, but the quality of the game is definitely better in longer games. And of course there could also be tournaments with full-time time control, where 1 round is played per day and if necessary it would be possible to play at a time convenient for them, knowing the opponent, but still within a certain time, or by the start of the next round, the game must be played. In Russian checkers, 7-round tournaments in the Swiss system are probably not enough for the series, the comparison of the results of the average places is not objective. And so in general, it would be necessary to stimulate partial competitions, and this in all areas!! It would definitely increase interest and participation if there were separate prizes or even a "flower ceremony" at the intermediate tournaments :D. Many give up halfway through because there is no longer an incentive to finish in the top 6 overall.
