Renju-gomoku summer mixed series results

The experimental series gained some popularity despite the beautiful summer weather. Among the 113 players who participated, the only Chinese player who competed won individually - ctarenju2020 with 735 points. Estonian Tauri Purk was behind with 5 points and Russian Darja Jusupmurzina with 19. Darja was the best in the girls' and girls' category. She was followed by compatriot Olga Kurdina with 683 points. Our girl Friida Treffner achieved an excellent 3rd place with 655 points, playing renju for the first time, but managing to compete with many strong foreigners, as equals. In the team category, the first 3 places were taken by Russian teams. Among the 24 Estonian teams, MALS (Friida and Oskar Treffner, Mark Heidmets, Ants Soosõrv), the awesome Saaremaa team (Reivo Vinter, Oliver Valk, Raigo Rei), the Silver team with incredible potential (Martin, Gren, Henrik) and the Saue and Friends team (Melissa and Nils Nitov, Kuno Kolk) made it to the top ten. In addition to the aforementioned countries and nations, there were also players from Greece and Turkey. The Rendžu and Gomokusuvi seem to be much more intense than usual, to test the readiness of vint.ee (and the players) for the Youth World Championship in August - https://www.vint.ee/yrituse-detailid/?event=740 A big tournament will be held this Saturday - https://www.vint.ee/yrituse-detailid/?event=772 , which should also suit Asian players in terms of time. At the same time, there is Gr. B, where all "ordinary people", i.e. gomokuhuvilises, who would like to try playing with more of their own kind, are welcome. Next week, however, we will test a multi-day tournament for the first time in Vint, which could undoubtedly be needed in other games in the future.
