Paradoxical solution time

What sequence of actions led to this? Was the sudoku puzzle encountered and immediately solved?

Could it be, for example, that you entered the last number of the previous sudoku twice in quick succession?

I solved 6x6 easy. Then when I entered the last number (somewhere around 40 seconds), time was ticking away. I thought the internet had gone out in the meantime and I typed in some numbers so as not to waste time on pointless refreshing. But it seemed that was not the case and suddenly the text 6x6 solved and 9x9 solved appeared. I was able to go to 9x9 D easy right away. I found a possible error in the code. I'll try to fix it today.
