I didn't notice everything before, i.e. the first post, that it was a competition and I only suggested that Germany would win the 2012 European Football Championship!, England would come in second place, Croatia would come in third!! and I dubiously chose Greece for fourth place!?. but it's okay, if I suggested correctly I'll get enough points :)

But make sure it counts. Group A: 1. Czech Republic, 2. Russia, 3. Poland, 4. Greece Group B: 1. Germany, 2. Netherlands, 3. Denmark, 4. Portugal Group C: 1. Spain, 2. Italy, 3. Ireland, 4. Croatia Group D: 1. France, 2. England, 3. Ukraine, 4. Sweden Quarterfinals: Czech Republic - Netherlands Germany - Russia Spain - England After Chelsea beat Barcelona, England will also beat the Spanish team (it already happened in a friendly match)! 8) France - Italy As you can see, the 3 teams that finished 2nd in their groups will advance ;) Semi-finals: Germany - Netherlands Germany is in the semi-finals of (at least) the 2nd major tournament in a row, but this time they won't win either. England - Italy Wow, the 2 teams that finished 2nd in their groups will also be in the final! Final: Netherlands - Italy Wow, I didn't expect the final to be like this, but look, Italy has apparently found new enthusiasm somewhere to get this far. The Netherlands of course want to make up for their loss to Spain in the last World Cup final and take one step higher.
So, the Netherlands wins then ;P

no they didn't play together in the 2008 European Championship in the Spanish group they were Russia 1-4 Sweden 1-2 Greece 1-2 the only one the Czech Republic beat was Portugal 2-0

[/quote] no they didn't play together in 2008 in the Spanish group they were Russia 1-4 Sweden 1-2 Greece 1-2 the only one the Czech Republic won was Portugal 2-0
I meant Switzerland not the Czech Republic :)
Heh, you're right, but Spain did lose to Switzerland in the last World Cup in 2010 (not Euro 2008) when they became world champions, a small memory error on my part ;P
