Game result when user leaves Bismarck and Thousand

Hi, I'm programming a thousand here and wondering what will happen to the rating change if some player runs out of time / leaves the game. This system should motivate you to play to the end even if you are very far behind. If today the 3rd place holder gets double minus points (loss to 2nd and 1st place), then leaving the game could get 3x loss points (loss to 2nd and 2* loss to 1st place). (First and second place are then calculated based on the current score at the end of the game) NB! The same system could also be applied in Bismarck!
Hello! You can't motivate to play the game to the end if some player sets too minimal a time limit. For example: 15 seconds in Bismarck. If my computer is slower and can't run within those 15 seconds, then I have unintentionally lost and as a punishment I will get double-triple loss points. You may think, why are you climbing there, but you don't always look at the time limit when the game is fast, you only realize it when the computer is singing. Could Bismarck and Thousand have a minimum time limit of 30 seconds. Some players specifically go out on the fact that the other player can't run and win easily. Many players play here from Finland and the internet is constantly slower there. And many of our players don't have the opportunity to buy this super fast internet. Best regards, blufar
I even thought about making the only time control in Bismarck and Thousandth 30 seconds. That would make the game creation window easier.

yes, that's the right idea
The right idea
I have a story about how many players have left voluntarily. At least 80 percent are those who cannot get such fast internet, for example those who live in the countryside, you could think about them a little bit. I have the same problem myself. The internet keeps failing me and I haven't run away or left it unfinished. If the internet disappears, I will simply lose 60 points somewhere, but it's still not enough. I would multiply it by three or double it. Just keep in mind that it is already tough. How many times have I failed the internet? Every 4-5 I lose because of the internet, always against your idea...
