Entering tournaments became more convenient

Hi, I made the tournament entry process better - now you can choose how many days the tournament will be entered for. In addition, I finally fixed the problem related to changing the clock: the start time of tournaments will no longer be shifted if the summer/winter time transition occurred during the tournament entry time. I entered an 8 x 6 x 6 sudoku tournament as a test and the time remained after March 28, 21:15.

I see that my tournaments are still out of date... an hour later. Do I really have to fix tournaments one by one for several months?
