He's not here this time. I last saw him about a month ago in the Czech Republic, when he said that the London event was pointless and that the Czech Open was a much better event :D

Andres rested this morning. Me, Martin and Jaanus all played Ticket to Ride, but we didn't get any good results. Andres started playing Entropia in the afternoon session. We played three rounds out of six, and Andres and David Jameson were the only leaders with a full score after three rounds. In the fourth round, they met and tied, so they continued to share first place. Now the last two rounds are underway and we are eagerly awaiting the results. Tonight's poker game is Omaha. Martin and I thought it was our best poker, but we were probably wrong, because we both crashed out at the very beginning. Jaanus is still playing.

Estonia is richer by two golds!!! :D Andres, after a draw with David, beat Demis and Paco and won Entropia with 5.5 points out of 6. Andres said that he came for this medal because he practiced seriously: The victory came against Paco with a score of 91-81, against Demis 95-87, with Jameson it was a draw 78-78, with Dekker it was a victory 83-79. In addition, Jaanus won the gold on his own.

Congratulations to Andres Kuus and Jaanus on their victories, especially Andres in entropy! (y) I played entropy against him myself a few weeks ago and got a score of 56-88, which isn't so bad considering that he got more points against Paco and Demis, who are probably the best in this field, than against me ;] Of course, I scored very little myself, this side needs a lot of help from me...

Today, the morning session was scheduled for superfut. Since there were only 9 players in total, Martin (the leader of the rating table) decided not to play it at all and try his hand at Quoridor, where Andres also participated. The rest of the Estonians (including Jimmy, who came especially for this event) played Superfut. There were 30 participants in Quoridor and both Andres and Martin got 3 points out of 5, so it went more or less, but not amazingly. Superfut was won by James Heppell, who was in a frenzy. Second to sixth place went to a draw in terms of points, but Tom got second place and Jaanus third in terms of goal difference. I was the penultimate. So two medals for Estonia, although Tom will definitely not be included in the Pentamind standings. The second session went a little better. The three of us played kamisado with Andres and Martin. Actually, I really wanted to sleep and wanted to take my name off the tournament, but since there would have been an odd number of players left, I decided to bravely hold on and play anyway. In the first round, I immediately faced Andres and let him show me the game, winning 2-0 of course. Martin was the only one during the tournament who got a single point from Andres. Unfortunately, it so happened that in the last round I had to play Martin, which meant that we didn't have a chance to secure three medals for Estonia (although I believe we were the three best players there), but we had to fight each other for the silver after Andres. This time I managed to win it 2-0. Ankush finished third with a tie-break and Martin fourth. Estonia still has one gold and one silver medal. It seems that at least five Estonians are playing pineapple poker in the evening.

He was already saying that when I went :)

Pineapple: 21 participants, Tom 19th, Madli 17th, others still in the game. Matthew has also collected quite a few medals in Pentamind. James has four scores over 90 and one 47, plus he is still playing poker. Andres has 91 and 93, luckily he is still playing poker too :D Unfortunately, there is still no comprehensive summary. Also, it is quite difficult for me, because Madeline Heppell did quite well in the first few days and Emily has also collected quite a few medals, plus she is still playing pineapple.
