posted by Nurme Raba, anyone can edit Wikipedia. It's not the kind of source that would bear quoting. Universities don't take this source very seriously.
If you bothered to read my posts at all, you should understand that I was ironic about Wikipedia above, as a source, and now too. Don't just post text based on a whim and initial emotion. There is no so-called official source for the rules of Sasku (unless of course you and your husband's classmate are not included :p ) and there is no uniform set of rules, which is why we are dealing here with creating laws and it is clear that there are no such rules or laws that would satisfy everyone. The main weakness of democracy is considered to be endless disputes, some things could be done right away. My speeches and proposals have been based on the assumption that the members of this site would bother to think (also think along) and that the share of luck in games would be smaller. There has been no substantive discussion on the current topic. For example, Nurme, you haven't answered anything about the possible general sample distribution of hairy people across the village that I proposed, you're rather talking about high flight.Proposal: No hair with a village over there

You know, everywhere the hairy guy immediately ends the game - what's the big deal here that only 6 points are awarded - let the hordes of drunkards (and the Estonian Defence League) go on strike against the guy :)

Raba, I honestly cannot read the irony in your talk about Wikipedia, I am probably stupid. Rather, you presented this statement as a "real source" and a "real thing". Apparently I am too stupid to contribute to any sample distribution. The share of luck in a card game was, is and will remain a significant factor, and without taking it into account, there is no point in starting to play cards. Yes, in addition to luck, skills are also important, but still... without a good hand of cards, skills are of no use. posted by Mets58 you know that everywhere a hairy player immediately ends the game - what's the fuss about this, that only 6 points are given - let the hordes of drunkards (and the Defence League) go on strike against the scoundrel :)
The thing is that there are no really uniform rules for Saskatchewan, more like folk traditions. I have played in many places so that if the first hand is hairy, then the game is over... Played so that in the case of a hairy player (i.e. under the table), you don't get any points, but the receivers climb under the table and feel ashamed :D and of course a nice hairy player is drawn on the table, but the same game continues. There are more of these variants, right? KOBa can grumble again, saying that we'll think things up :p, but it's that simple, so it's not FIDE rules!
Marsh, the point here is how to do the MOST and then start implementing this topic. I've also played it that way, if it's hairy, it's game over. However, I think this 6-point system is better.
It is impossible to know how it was played the most. For example, it seems to me that overshooting has been played more than losing a suit... Of course, if you play just for fun - then there is no particular difference what rules to play with, even the game "7 of a Kind" or "crazy elephant" is fun and nice and does not require any skills at all. Nurme, why do you not want to discuss things in essence, even a simple question - why do you think a rabbit in the opposite village does not count? - does not answer? It is very good that tournaments exist, which significantly reduces the importance of too good cards. It is not important how it is played the most somewhere, but still considering Vint's goals, to find fair and thought-promoting variants. Quantity is not quality!
Marba, I honestly don't feel like it anymore :) You're right about everything :)
