Hello, This academic year, 635 students from 49 schools participated in the Mind Sports Olympiad checkers tournaments. This is 103 students more than last year! The most checkers (37) were from Tallinn Pääsküla School. Let's summarize the results by age group: Primary School. 287 students from 31 schools participated in the primary school competition. Priit Lokotar from Tallinn Pääsküla School. Second place went to Nona Nano Tallinn Ühisgümnaasium and third place went to Henri Mugur Tallinn Reaalkool. The best school was definitely Tallinn Pääsküla Kool, represented by 18 children in this age group. Primary school 294 students from 36 schools participated in the competition at the primary school level. First place (with three tournament wins) was taken by Robert Antoi from Tallinn Pääsküla School. Second place was taken by Triinu Jalg from Oskar Lutsu Palamuse Gymnasium, and third place was taken by Karmen Kuusik from Tallinn Nõmme Basic School. In this age group, the best school title was won by Tallinn Real School, represented by 14 students at the basic school level. Gyümnaasium 54 students from 10 schools competed at the high school level. Last year's winner was Artjom Afanasjev from Nõo Real School. Second place was taken by Merilii Jalg from Oskar Lutsu from Palamuse High School. Third place was taken by Dan Taidla from Läänemaa Ühisgümnaasium.
