Hello

Today I just watched a tournament game. https://www.vint.ee/et-ee/replay/13442078/

And it seems to me that one player took advantage of the functionality of the pin. That a pop-up window appears after a draw offer and if the opponent cannot find it, he may lose. Black did this after his last move and White lost in time because he could not refuse the draw offer in 6-7 seconds and make his move. If we leave aside the ethical side, it is quite clever behavior, but I think it is not intended with such an idea. To avoid such behavior, there could be an option to either respond despite the existence of the additional window, or add 5-10 seconds to the draw offer if the draw offer is made in a situation where the opponent has less than 30 seconds.

You just have to make your move and then there will be time.

I tried it on both my computer and my phone. The pop-up window itself does not prevent me from making a move. But on my computer (with Chrome browser), it throws this pop-up window partially onto the top row of the table. So basically, if you want to click on the button in the top row, you really have to click away from the pop-up window first. You should just change the location of the pop-up window so that it does not jump onto the table and things should be fine. There was no problem when playing on my phone (Android). The pop-up window came from the top of the table and did not interfere with the view.
