Someone could post the correct results, then it would be easier to count the points.

Mask, here are the answers to the mini-prediction, honestly I don't feel like messing with the big ones right now :P 1) August 1** – What place will Nikolai Novosjolov finish in the men's epee? Answer options: Gold, silver, bronze, 4th place, top 8, top 16. (He is free in the first round, so he is immediately in the top 16). The correct answer gives 4 points. He lost to his 1st opponent, so I guess top 16. 2) August 3** – What place will the Estonian four-boat team finish in? The exact place gives 4 points. Plus-minus 1 place gives 2 points. 4th place 3) August 6** – How many Estonians will qualify for the discus final? Who will throw further: Aleksander Tammert or Märt Israel? Both can earn 2 points for a correct answer (4 in total). Only Gerd Kanter reached the final. Märt Israel threw further. 4) August 6 - Write the top three in the discus throw. The correct result plus-minus 100 points gives 1 point. I just read on the wrong sports news page that Mikk Pahapill will not participate because he has not recovered 100% from his injury. So he will not participate, therefore he will not get points and no place. N/A 6) August 11 - How many gold medals will Usain Bolt win at the Olympics? The correct answer 2 points. 3 7) August 11 - write the score of the football tournament? The correct team in the correct place gives 2 points, the correct team in the wrong place gives 1 point. 1. Thanks for the table, hagar, but if that's the case, then sharing 7th place is just, damn it. So 11 participants in the big prediction competition! And the mini turned out to be even a little more popular, because there were 13 participants!! Here are my final points in the mini prediction: 17/38 Unfortunately, I narrowly missed Bolt by one gold (I predicted 2, he won 3) and also by one world record in the track and field question (I predicted 5, 4 were set). From there, 4 points went straight away... Maybe the remaining 12 participants will also calculate their points and then the ranking will be finalized! ;)

Hmm, Mask, I could be wrong, but it seems to me that you also got 17 points, not 18: 0 2 2 3 0 2 2 0 4 2=17. In any case, it's a good decision to change your original prediction, that would have given you 15 points ;)

And sorry for two consecutive posts, but there were 12 participants in the mini prediction, not 13 (I counted 2 times before Mask, because he corrected the initial prediction a long time later). But still 1 more solver compared to the big prediction competition.

Ah yes, I counted Bolt's three golds as 3 points in my head, as the correct answer. But Riks probably closed with 24 points and Tiit with 19 points, and Meikop had 18 points. So Riks probably took two golds. Mainly basketball, by predicting the exact sequence. He had a good nose for this prediction.

Yup, I see now that he has max points, 8 in the mini bet for basketball, 5 in the big bet. His points haven't been calculated, but if Mask is right, will he get 4 months of VIP status or will the main prize of the mini bet be given to the 2nd place winner? :D

Sorry for two consecutive posts (again), but a few things need to be clarified. First of all, I also calculated the points of my big prediction competition and got a result of 35 (or 33), not 34, as in the unofficial results of Hagar. And since I'm not sure whether one of my answers will be recorded as correct or incorrect, the question immediately flies towards the organizer, or Rauing. The problem then is with question 46 about the place of the Lithuanian team: will the 7th place be recorded as correct or incorrect? In fact, Lithuania was left sharing the 5th-8th place, because it lost in the quarterfinals and for some reason no place games were played. After all, in my prediction I expected that the places would still be determined, which has been done before, if my memory serves me correctly. If it is recorded as correct, then I should have 35 points, otherwise 33. I also noticed that the result posted by Kuakua himself (44) also differs from Hagar's calculation (41), so it probably needs confirmation.
