idea from R2maa: I would do it so that when you go to the checkers room, all areas are open and what you don't want, you put in that area - DON'T WANT. Some people would play other checkers types, but they haven't taken off the star. It was more or less like that before and there was no problem with it. I think that's why other types are less playable. No one is forcing you to play anyway, but you could offer it.

In the chess room, you can search for people interested in the other three games with a match. Previously, invitations were mostly accepted, but now there is no way to invite.

I also believe that all options for invitations should be open. And if I really ignore a game, if I'm bothered by it, I'll put an asterisk in front of it. In most cases, there's no need to do anything, because no one invites anyway.

I'm starting to like this idea too. Actually, preferences should be saved in the database. Then the first time you play in the game rooms, you'll remove your stars and the next time you come to the game room, the stars will be there.

Yes, that would be better. There are a lot of "hangs" at the moment, I can't invite anyone to play. After the update, I'll have to start taking off those stars again...

I support the idea. Sometimes I just forget to take off the stars.

Maybe there could be a tick box where you can temporarily put "I DON'T WANT" everywhere, if you go away from the computer for a while and when you come back you can restore everything with 1 click. It would also be good if you start playing a game, you could put "I DON'T WANT" everywhere, but when the game is over you would be open to all offers again?! That might be difficult to do.

I used to accept the invitation by accident, I didn't really want to play. The current system is very good.

I myself accidentally ended up playing three fires and I don't regret it at all. But if you really don't want to play a certain type of game, then reading the invitation more carefully or using the option already offered here to save preferences would help. This would also be helpful in the often occurring cases when the server doesn't allow you to invite anyone and you have to refresh your browser. Currently, you have to re-enter your preferences yourself.

The current system is suitable for me IMHO. If I were to make any changes, it would be global settings (some additional window, where can I set this?), which would allow me to mark the different "Checkers/Game Types" that I mostly play, e.g. if I only play surrender and Russian Checkers, then automatically the check mark will always be unchecked for them and the check mark "Do not want challenges" would automatically work for all different game types. The idea is certainly trivial. Is it user-friendly for everyone...
