The Blacklist is back!

2) It was still used at the time - there are nearly 1,000 entries in the database (which means that someone has blacklisted someone 1,000 times).

Based on user feedback, we made two changes:
- Adding to the blacklist is now only available to VIP users (removing from the blacklist is available to everyone)
- You can now see your entire blacklist under your profile and easily remove users from it with one click.
By the way, I've accidentally blacklisted some people because when you want to send a private message, you accidentally click "add to blacklist." It's not like the finger is still a stub, but it happens.
