Board games now show the status of all users

Since we added the option to opt out of challenges (a tick under the user list), we decided to display this user's activity to others (so that this user is not invited to the game). We added an asterisk in front of the username if the user does not want challenges - such a user cannot be invited! If you have any other ideas on which user statuses to enable/display, let us know!
