If all latecomers are not allowed into the tournament during the 1st round, then it is discrimination and unsportsmanlike treatment.

Often, live tournaments are not allowed 15 minutes or more before the start, let alone the first round, in fact, this latecomers should be stopped, for most tournaments in general, at least for official tournaments organized by vint.ee! Why favor latecomers, they only interfere. Of course, Mets uses tankers to enter during the first round :D

This 23.13 tournament would get a lot more participants if you hadn't increased the number of rounds and changed the time control!
