Hello,

This year, 588 students from 55 schools played checkers. A total of 8,581 games of checkers were played during the Mental Sports Olympiad!

Primary school results
296 students played checkers at the elementary school level.
The winner was Stanislav Ushkov from Loo Kool, who won two stages and scored 295 points.
Second and third places went to Tallinn's Pääsküla School: Polina Puumann took second place with 287 points and Erik Kapletski took third place with 282 points.

In the school category, Tallinn Pääsküla School defended its victory from last year.

Elementary school results
255 students from 42 schools participated in the elementary school checkers tournaments.
Elisabeth Valdmann from Jüri School and Martin Zaplatin from Tallinn Pääsküla School scored 290 points. The better total of points gave Elisabeth first place.
Third place went to Keity Kurik, also from Tallinn Pääsküla School, with 282 points.

In the school category, Tallinn Pääsküla School won again in this age group.

High school results
At the high school level, 37 students played checkers.
With three tournament wins, Priit Lokotar from Saue State Gymnasium took the overall victory, Emilia Kello from Rae Gymnasium came in second (290 points), and Hondar Dagfinn Väärtnõu from Saaremaa Gymnasium came in third (275 points).

Saaremaa Gymnasium won the school category again this year.
