Mind Games Olympiad 2019/2020 - Overall Results

Hello, The Mental Sports Olympiad with the largest number of participants in history has ended - this year 1195 students from 76 schools participated in the competition. The most participants (49) were from Saue Gymnasium. Let's summarize the overall results by age group. Primary School 103 students participated in all disciplines, which is 21 students more than last year. The best mental athlete in the primary school level was crowned Henri Mugur Tallinn Reaalkool, collecting 1020 points. Karl Johann Meikop Tartu Kesklinna Kool came in second place with 995 points, and Sigrid Ojala Tallinn Nõmme Gümnaasium came in third place with 907 points. In the school classification, Tallinn Reaalkool earned the most points (as the sum of the points of the five best students), represented by 20 students in this age group. Primary School 108 students participated in all disciplines. The best mental athlete was crowned Markus Ikla Tallinn Reaalkool, who scored 1065 points in four disciplines. Second place (with 1030 points) was taken by Karl-Ustav Kõlar, a student from the same school, and third place was taken by Gren Hõbemägi Tallinn Vanalinna Hariduskolleegium, scoring 948 points. The best school in this age group was Tallinn Vanalinna Hariduskolleegium. Gyümnaasium 34 students participated in all disciplines. Markus Hansson from Pärnu Koidula Gyümnaasium repeated last year's victory with 1101 points. Markus has been an active vint.ee user for 10 years - practice makes perfect! Second place was taken by Marc Joosep Tähiste Tallinn 32nd Secondary School, and third place was taken by Paul Antsaar Saaremaa Ühisgümnaasium, collecting 993 points.
