posted by Mets58 Rose has a high thousand rating, but for some reason she has not participated in any thousand tournaments.
Dear Mets, thank you for your attention and recommendations. If you had done a little more research, you would know that thousand tournaments came a long way later than the game itself and by that time I had stopped playing this game. At first I tried it as a new game, but then I just felt sorry for the time. I am not made for card buffs, I like games where everything depends on me, not on card luck. Why emphasize that I have not played in tournaments with my high thousand rating (is 2000 really high?), while you can see that I also have higher ratings that were only achieved in tournaments? I have also never sent invitations without rating calculation and I play even when the opponent offers 2 0 time, which is because it is often followed by a loss in time.Estonia's best card player 2017!

33 participants, but there could be a lot more...because the newcomers have no business at the tournament...some were already scared away...
/At first I tried it as a new game, but then I just felt sorry for the time/ The tournament takes a lot less time and there is not such a big role in the card race. And the thousand tournament is in itself truly Estonian :D . You play like for yourself, you don't have to take into account the pair, but at the same time you can also "turn" the neighbor :D . At first, sasku offered itself as a new game on this site, interest, as well as tournaments. The rules also became better as a result of discussions. When I suggested that determining the best card player should also have some part in tournaments, then the current format of sasku tournaments cannot be used, of course. It should be somehow similar to live games, where there is a certain pair. But I would still like to offer 1 idea regarding determining the best card player. Ok, let it be a system based on rating calculations, but the so-called grand final could still be in the form of a tournament, in all game modes. There's no need to think about a separate rating calculation for the final, because the tournament rating gives proportionally more/fewer points anyway. It would be great if the determination of the best in each card game ended with big tournaments with the participation of all competitors. If no one participates, they simply don't get points and it's theoretically possible that the winner doesn't participate at all, because they've done a good job before, but for the sake of prestige, they could. It would be like a proper sports competition final!
I would like to clarify: 841 usernames participated in 2016, of which only 33 managed to play 30 games in all four game types in two months. Meikop is not to blame for the players being lazy. http://www.vint.ee/eesti-parim-kaardimangija-2016/
Let these ratings be, but equalization wouldn't hurt! In this case, the so-called restricted tables could be stopped for two months. If you're tough, you have to accept a player with a weaker rating. It's unthinkable that in an NTX checkers tournament, the opponent is a Grandmaster and he stands up, saying that you have a weaker rating and I won't play with you;=
Choosing the best is definitely not possible if participants can start with different ratings. Heaven help us; everyone should be able to start from the same point. Something like a reggae, whoever dares, even 1400 are willing to start and the best will play themselves out even among the not-so-best. If you want to get the title of the best, then support this idea!!
Setu wrote already 17:04 03.09.2016 I think the best is not the one who has the HIGHEST rating at the end, but the one whose rating INCREASES the most. Nothing new under the sun here...
This is still a pretty stupid idea, the idea, not the author of the idea. Just to clarify :)
I will definitely participate, I still want to prove that 3rd place last year was not a coincidence. I am happy with any format of the competition. It's nice that users are given the opportunity to get credits and at the same time the user doesn't have to invest anything. :)
The table shows that the username Rose did not play any games of Sasku, Thousand, Bismarck or 4-player Perekidnoi between September 1 and October 31 last year.
